GOODMark was a friendly, excellent host. We had good conversations, and you can tell that he loves hosting people with his wife. The room was beautifully appointed and generally clean, it had a high ceiling. The room was cosy when heated up. It was great to have tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was tasty and the bed was large. Towels were very soft.BADWiFi didn't work due to the distance between the room and the main house. Latest breakfast was at 09:30 and check-out were at 10:30 which was a bit early for us. Cobwebs present within the room. The bed was too hard for me, and you could feel the zip through the sheets. On arrival the heating wasn't turned on. On turning it on, the thermostat registered 7 degrees. The floors were freezing and the underfloor heating didn't work. It took a long time for the room to heat up to 21 degrees. TV Remote was pretty dodgy.
