Nicola is amazing so informative and knowledgable- great work out every week always something totally different in each session! Fantastic range of equipment and super clean. I would 100% recommend hideaway fitness.

Really great personal trainer. Just finished my first session with Nicola at hideaway fitness and she was brilliant. Made me feel really relaxed and comfortable and motivated me. We used her private studio which was so much better for me than in a busy gym which I've had pt sessions at before. I'll be recommending Nicola to my friends!
