Amazing gym with fantastic equipment. Feel super comfortable going there and for someone who doesnt like new gym spaces, this gym was amazing for me. Was one of the first ever members and whilst on the Wirral I wouldnt train anywhere else

Best gym on the Wirral. Staff are friendly and helpful. I believe I have become fitter, faster over the course of four weeks attending this gym, compared to attending a competitor gym over a longer period of time. Highly recommend.
