Avoid, old equipment, odd ball coach. Zero customer service - you fit in with his life (cancels appointments, disorganised) & wait outside in the cold until hes ready to let you in.! - then its the most expensive hour on a static bike youve ever had - Steer clear.
Small, locally owned business. The monthly gym membership cost is very reasonable and has all the equipment you would need. It's never too busy and the owner is very helpful, perfect for local residents.
Better value available on the Wirral. Over promised, over charged (50 an hr?!) and under delivered.
