I used dw for 15 months then cancelled over the phone which I was told was all done. The next month I received an email saying my account was in arrears to which I replied explaining I had cancelled then the next month the same and then next. Now received a letter from a debt recovery agency so I called dw and was told I should of come in the store by some man who's name I won't give. I said but I cancelled it and was told who ever told you that shouldn't of I will have to arrange to pay it told him no chance absolute thieves don't trust them
First time in today was really surprised how clean everything was. friendly staff that were really helpful and accommodating. The showers were clean and warm. Not used the pool yet but from what I've seen its really clean and can't wait to get in it
I have been a member of DW for many years however in the last months the standard of cleanliness and classes has dropped massively. Is this because of the new management? The gym seems empty which indicates many members have large which I am also considering unless things improve
I have only been a member for a few months but very happy. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities are always clean and checked regularly. As for the comment about the new pound coin. We are still getting them in our change so do what I have done and keep one in your gym bag. Alternatively I have found that the trolley coins work as well. I am always recommending this gym.
