We visited The Grove House for a 25th wedding anniversary and it was lovely. The staff went above and beyond to make it a special occasion. A few of the guests including myself, were vegetarian and vegan and the food was delicious with more than one option. We will definitely be going back in the near future !!
Perfect. Friendly, hardworking staff, wonderful food. There were 10 of us and service couldn't have been better. We had a lovely evening.
Neither good nor bad I not stayed at the hotel so could not rate it more than three stars not because it was a bad experience in fact this was the second time I have been to a Christmas do here. Both times have been adequate.
Pleasant Hotel but expensive, room was pleasant enough, bathroom lacked facilities. No towel rail, only one hook on the door. Shower over bath was good, lots of hot water, however the shower curtain, didn't leave much room, and sticks to your body.Food was very good, and reasonable size.The problem was the price of the rooms, over 100 per night for a double room.
Just attended a Christmas evening at the Grove. What an amazing night. Staff were welcoming and attentive . The food was delicious, hot , plentiful and certainly not a mass produced taste. Well done. A night worth attending!
