I put my father's house up for sale in September and within a week, I'd had four viewings and three offers, one of which culminated in a sale by the beginning of December, very impressive in my view. Throughout the whole process, the work of the staff was totally professional and helpful at all times, particularly in the area of communication and advice. I would like to single out for special praise Julie, Liz and Ann, the sale completer, all nice people too, always welcoming and sympathetic in their approach. Bought a property from them in 2017, really friendly and helpful, in fact much better than the estate agents we were trying to sell our house through at the time, so was refreshing to speak to someone who actually knew what they were doing in the early stages of our house buying.
