Great store, well kept and clean. Animals all look properly cared for and healthy. We love our new additions to the family. They're thriving thanks to the help during purchase and after care from the staff. Highly recommended :)
Your typical chain store but with a difference. That difference is the staff, they are friendly, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. You can easily tell that animals are their passion in life. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is the isles can be difficult to navigate. I an a wheelchair user and the stacks of boxes in the isles from spot displays can make things really awkward.

Helpful, friendly staff have ordered our dog food in with no problems. Good stock for dogs.Their own brand dog food Wainwright has great reviews on 'all about dog food. Com" so we tried. My dog has Lupus + sticking to Turkey he's been 90% healthier. We tried the salmon trays for mature dogs + unfortunately neither reacted well. We have been promised a refund on remaining box contents.
