This shop was once a good shop, but lately things are going down hill rapidly. Every time I want one or two items they to not have it on the shelf which is disappointing for myself and other customers the Gentleman who owns the shop doesn't seem to be around lately who was very helpful and new a lot about his live stock and his shelf stock the staff in the shop lately seem just sit around and chat to there friends and not take any interest in the public who are in the shop. Very disappointed long time customer. If there stock doesn't improve I shall have to order on line and that's my last resort as I prefer to shop from hand to eye not online photo viewing

Just got my first macaw and this shop was recommended to us by a friend. The young guy has given me advice on diet and feather pulling. Hes happy to spend time talking to you so you get the right product. So good do we find this shop we travel from Warrington for food and advice. Prices are also very reasonable it's well worth the travel to talk to someone who's knowledge about the birds comes from experience and not from reading a book.
