There is a charge fee to enter but is well worth the entrance fee.The lighthouse is close by and can be reached on foot when the tide is out. 2 great photo opportunities here for all you photographers or just a simple selfie would be great. An indoor fair ground is close by.If you are looking to go fishing then this hobby for all you anglers is also available. The Promenade offers a great place to walk cycle jog or run throughout the year.Plenty of food and drink places all at competitive prices are available to suit your needs. Plenty of free parking available and if visiting by train you are about a 15 minute walk away from Fort Perch Rock.You will take some amazing photos at Fort Perch Rock so don't forget your camera or phone.

My daughter Imogen who is nearly 8. She is Special needs and has Autism. Fishes at Perch Rock every fortnight. She always wants to visit the Fort ( which would make her day) but its always closed. Yes it needs to be maintained do the fort need volunteers to help. The lighthouse would be great for people to see inside.
