Good prices and excellent customer service. After a couple of poor experiences I stopped using Enterprise but for several years I've had only good to excellent service at Heswall. Lacks space but you get used to it!
Excellent van and excellent service
Warning. Called for a quote. I wanted to shop around but operative persuaded me to reserve with option to cancel without charge if I found a better deal elsewhere in case the price goes up again. I did find a much better deal, and then tried to cancel the Enterprise reservation. No response, put on hold on a premium line number for 25 minutes then gave up. Once they have your details, they wont pick up to allow you to cancel. Ive now given up trying to call them. Tells you all you need to know about their integrity.

Pleasant staff, no issues of any real importance apart from the fact that I had requested a similar price to the week before but had to pay more. Helpful staff which is greatly appreciated, trying to sort contract for business hire but an issue regarding email apparently even though i have submitted company house authorization.
