Travelled from Harrogate today for the first service of our Ford Galaxy. What a fabulous bunch of people. First class service. Very helpful and spent time explaining things. Nothing seemed too much trouble. In the waiting area we enjoyed a cup of tea and I must say that every phone call and every person who came in was greeted with the same helpful manner.
