I was dealing with Aiden through email who was very fast to answer any questions I had and Jamie was dealing with me when I was buying the car, who was also very friendly and professional. As this was my first time buying a car I didn't know what to expect. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a high spec, amazing quality cars at a great price.
A very disappointing experience. My boyfriend bought a vehicle from this company last year using all of his savings. After numerous calls to the sales team we finally ended up dealing directly with the owner Luke Wood. After covering 300 miles the engine management light came on. We took the vehicle to our local garage who we have used for the last five years only to find out the air filter was completely blocked. Further investigation revealed the oil hadnt been changed either for quite some time. Lukes attitude towards my partner on the phone was very aggressive and dismissive. Zero customer care AVOID !!!!!!
What a wonderful buying experience! Aiden has helped me purchase 2 vehicles from Woods (sadly the first one written off in an accident). I cant fault Aidens amazing customer service, fantastic product knowledge and the ability to match a vehicle to all my needs and in budget too. We were down to choosing one car out of two and the one we bought was at another garage and a completely different vehicle. But i must say the guys at Woods were very professional and helpful nothing was to much trouble. The car we took out for a test was fantastic value for money and good quality. Jamie was very helpful and knowledgeable salesman. Unfortunately they just didnt have what we were looking for this time will however recommend them to all we know.
