Bill was extremely helpful, informative and genuine when I did a test drive of the VW Passat. Which really made me confident I was getting a good deal. Bill and Harry even went the extra mile, rather than selling the immaculate Passat as it was they put 3 brand new tyres on and offered to go halves on the cam belt which is due at the next service in 6 months. Would highly recommend.
