I contracted Gary (Bebington roofing) to resurface a flat roof above a bathroom. We then had a leak in the loft and the bathroom. I contacted Marie who I assume is Gary's wife or partner. Eventually Gary came to repair the roof. He stated it was not the flat roof but a tiled section of the roof joining the flat roof, however the roof still leaked after his repair. I must have put in 30 calls to Marie who was always polite and apologetic for not returning my calls (which happened a lot). Gary came out on two more occasions but still failed to fix the problem, to be fair to Gary he did not take any additional payment even when I offered.In the end I got another roofer who explained the work that should have been carried out when the new flat roof was fitted, it only took an hour for 2 roofers to fix it.By the time the roof was fixed the bathroom ceiling now needs repairing and repainting due to water damage.Gary and Marie come across as being nice people but if you want a professional service Bebington roofing is NOT the company to deal with.
