Without question the worst plumbers on the Wirral. Always at leat 2 hours late. Changed my taps and left a leak behind the bathroom unit for 6 months. Tried to charge me for repairing it. Carried out another job, changing taps, prior to discovering leak. Trashed my carpet and promise to clean it, but then refused and wont take any phone calls. Have loads of emails from them promising to rectify the mess, so now issuing court demand. Avoid them at all costs!!

Communication is excellent and the repairs were carried out to high standard and at short notice. A professional company with a welcome sense of urgency in resolving problems for customers.
