Shame on you greedy Odeon bosses. Both myself and my elderly Mum have paid for limitless. For starters I think the upgrade seats should be included as a benefit/further reason to encourage the purchase of limitless. Charging an extra three pound per ticket to upgrade was already taking the mick but today we upgraded again and the price has rocketed by a further pound per ticket to upgrade. 4 on top of limitless is a step too far. I will not be renewing my limitless and I will boycott Odeon. The girl said we've lowered our ticket price......how the hell does that benefit people that showed their loyalty by paying for limitless! What an absolute disgrace!!
If you have the chance go VIP you will not regret it at this Odeon.
We have been lots of times & had very enjoyable evenings but last night we went to see Greenbook which would have been another good movie but in their wisdom Odeon staff let a couple bring in their son who was under 5 & daughter, who then proceeded to mess about with the remote button on the VIP chairs & run around the cinema through most of the movie. I would never have done that with my children because it was after 9 when the show started, & we would never had been allowed. I have to say it spoilt the the experience for me & my two friends. When you think how MUCH more you pay to go into the Odeon compared to other cinemas
Amazing staff, Michelle is always the one who serves us.The place is always clean and the seats are comfortable, loads of fun as a date place.
Decent cinema but visiting tonight screen 6. Lots of rubbish all over the place, they need to clean up between screenings. Of course if people behaved them selves better and didn't leave a mess behind them, things would be better.
