Seems to have changed name from Nice N Kleen who always seemed helpful. However, went up with 3-item suit, was told that 4 items was a lot cheaper. Asked if I could just get three items for the same price - no. Would have to return with another item. Offered one of my socks but it wasn't on the list. Was told timelines are about double standard dry-cleaning times. Walked out and went to a local professional instead.

This gets one star - as it was unfair to give no stars. I have the need to have a lot of ironing done. I have used their services twice, and, although the garments were thoroughly ironed, their delivery services were non-existent. I stayed in for two evenings for a PREVIOUSLY PAID FOR delivery which did not materialize. The adverts and hoardings clearly state the ironing will be delivered. The first time the delivery driver could not find the ** large ** block of flats where I live, the second time, when I provided a detailed map of how to get to the residence along with my land line and mobile number, the delivery driver "had to suddenly attend a funeral", with NO excuse why he/she could not phone. After much arguing with the assistant in the Market, I eventually received the cost of delivery for the last one but not the first. She then told me that the Birkenhead Market branch will be closing that week...however, it was still open a few weeks after the last fiasco. Today, the Birkenhead Market stall was closed in my face with the excuse that the assistant cannot open up again until Monday. Some of us work office hours. Horrible, terrible service. Customer satisfaction zero.
Items almost took >3days to clean (just one suit jacket and x3 trousers), were still damp and smelt musty!We won't be going back.
