Fantastic service. The team were really friendly and really put my girls at ease when they were having their ears pieced. Super after care support and the lady that pieced their ears Vicky was amazing! She made it so much fun for the girls and really took the time to help. Will return

Spoke to a woman regarding a resizing of an engagement ring, the first woman we spoke to was very polite and helpful albeit the second woman who then came out was extremely rude and asked my partner how much he had paid for the ring in front of myself and when we were told that we were unable to 're size the ring we were also told that that is what we get for ordering it online, disgusted with the customer service and will not be returning .
