Went in on Thursday for a strand test, after calling a few times to chase I finally got through this morning (Tuesday) to be told, "oh yeah...I think he done it.... and the colour swelled" thats it, that is all she said, not do you want to come in and discuss what we can do in regards to colour change etc. I knew after using a box dye for a few years it would take a couple of visits to get what i wanted, but I was willing the spend the money to achieve this. What type of customer service is that. I will not be returning back to this salon in future.
I am so haooy with the outcome and Cam the lad that had done my hair was just fantastic! Can't thank him enough but would recommend him so much. So young but knows exactly what he is doing! Will be back soon! X
Darcys always offers the best of customer service with a friendly and customer centred approach. Every visit leaves you feeling pampered and the treatments are always high quality. My hair stylist Jen at Darcys is the best I've ever had, her attention to detail and her colouring skills are excellent and the nail technician Debbie is maticulous and highly professional. I love my visits to Darcys and recommend them highly.

Loved this place from the moment I walked in! Staff are so friendly and welcoming had a great hair cut and enjoyed having my hair washed was recommend some products which I have to say are the best I've ever used! Looking forward to my next visit :)
