I have purchased living room furniture and bedroom furniture from Pine & Oak and all I can say is that there are not enough stars to acknowledge their excellent customer service. There were problems with the finish on the living room furniture so I had to go back a couple of times for replacements but it was the most amazing customer services I have every experienced. They went out of their way to obtain replacements. The delivery guys were incredibly patient and understanding.The experience was so positive that I did not hesitate to go back to them to order bedroom furniture which I love. I will not hesitate to use them again.
We came to the store when we were visiting relatives in the area and ordered a coffee table and a TV cabinet. We were very impressed with the service we received. The items were delivered promptly but sadly the cabinet had been damaged in transit. We needed to exchange the coffee table for a smaller one, and the company offered to waive the delivery charge for this, to compensate us for the damaged cabinet. The furniture is just fantastic and really enhances our living room. Thank you, Pine & Oak!
I live on the South Coast so haven't had the pleasure of visiting the Pine & Oak Warehouse in person, but discovered this furniture retailer on Amazon whilst looking for a 3-door/drawer painted sideboard for my newly decorated hall. I was absolutely delighted to find a very reasonably priced (and as I now know, great value) piece on their website. As well as the item being great value for money compared to MANY similar items I'd looked at elsewhere, the customer service is great - good, old-fashioned care and courtesy, not to mention swift. I could have had my item in a little over a week from ordering it, but I had to delay it by a few days as I was still decorating (and the delivery charge was just 10 for a 5hr drive - brilliant!) I just wish they made a 5' bookcase in the Canberra range in its classy truffle colour (they don't, I've asked!). I would highly recommend Pine & Oak Warehouse and will certainly be returning to their website for future requirements.
