just a short message of thanks to Laurence Jones and his team. Thank you for everything you did for me and my family regarding the funeral arrangements of my late mother in law Mary Barnes. Living 300 miles away, arranging a funeral isn't easy, but the help you gave us made it just that. The help and advice given to us really eased the difficulties of living away from the Wirral, and the funeral itself was exactly how we wanted, nothing was too much trouble and the Hearse arriving at the crematorium looked perfect with the beautiful flowers on top of the coffin, simple flowers, but so elegant, and just right, and the service you gave us will never be forgotten. thank you to all.
Professional from start to finish. Having arranged a funeral 2 and a half years ago with a large independent funeral directors that charged us over 4000 and left every one shocked at how much they charged for everything, and they were nothing special to shout about, we decided to ring a couple of other funeral directors. Not only was the price so much less than the big rip off firm we used last time, the very first phone call to Laurence Jones, everything just felt so much more personal and warm about them, not clinical like we experienced with the other one. The Castle was also such a lovely funeral home, compared to the other one that felt like a car show room, and the chapel was so much nicer than the one we went to visit Dad in, I only wish we had used Laurence and his lovely team for Dad's funeral, and will be telling everyone I know in future to avoid that big firm and to go to Laurence and Roger in their times of need,as the difference between them was incredible. Thank you Laurence Roger and all involved at Laurence Jones for everything you did for my Mum, we will never forget your kindness and how professional you all were.
Laurence Jones are so helpful, we would never go anywhere else. Unfortunately we have needed their services 3 times now, each time they have been brilliant. Would recommend them. Their prices are much less than anywhere else. They are so nice to deal with. Can't them enough for their help.
