Pleasant to sit in, staff are nice, but the coffee was way too strong and bitter

We usually visit the place regularly and they are usually good but not for this occasion. Ordered pancake but it came very late and so doughey so had to take it back. They offered me waffle instead but didn't want it so I was expecting my money back but didn't get it not impressed at all.
