We had a load of big problems with our bike at the Wirral Bikeathon yesterday but Rob and the guys fixed them all. They were brilliant. Very knowledgeable and professional. Cant praise them highly enough.
Jay, Rob and team sorted us out three times today at a charity event for nowt. We were riding a home made tandem type bike for 4 people. The reapairs needed were complex and specialist. They stepped up fixed it, we broke another bit of it, they fixed it and well......you get the picture. Great work. Made the day and we raised some proper dosh for a good cause thanks to these guys.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I needed new disk brakes replacing and other bike shops brushed me off. These guys were obviously busy but helped out anyway and did a great job setting up my brakes. Kudos to John and the team. They've got a great selection of equipment, but their strength is in customer service. Highly recommend and support your local businesses.
Bikes & Boards is one of those shops that many people dont know about, until they need it, and then they never forget about it. Ive often used this shop for cycling gear and bike maintenance. I called in today as my front derailleur wasnt adjusting as it should. Within minutes theyd noticed I hadnt aligned the cable correctly when Id changed the handlebar stem. Such a schoolboy error but one that was fixed within 5 minutes.
