Very lively but quite unusual for a bar to close at 11 & a restaurant to stop serving at 9!
Good choice of beers always in good condition, excellent service all round and credits to the boss and all the staff. One thing prevents the top marks, tables being reserved in the bar area, lack of places for drinkers to frequent
A premium pub eatery located in a picturesque setting. We were seated in the subordinate area of the inn (the bar area) yet food did not suffer. I had a delicious vegetarian roast dinner, which boasted the best nut roast I've ever tasted. Spot on.
Very pleasant pub/restaurant in Heswall. Really good food and excellent staff. Highly recommend this great place.
